PISP is a registered nonprofit governed by a Board of Directors, and reaches communities through a grassroots volunteer network.
Community governance structure
PISP operates through a grassroots volunteer network across 114 sub-locations in Marsabit County, organised as Rights Committees (RCs) and Beneficiary Welfare Committees (BWCs), which serve as community liaisons for programme design, oversight and accountability.
